Honey-Drizzled Pear & Fig Toast

Honey-Drizzled Pear & Fig Toast

A simple, beautiful toast that brings together the natural sweetness of Wild Blossom Raw Honey with ripe pears, fresh figs, creamy goat cheese, and crunchy walnuts. Finished with a generous honey drizzle, it makes an easy breakfast, afternoon snack, or elegant appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices rustic sourdough or whole-grain bread
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 2 fresh figs, sliced
  • 2–3 tablespoons goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1–2 tablespoons Beeline Organic Wild Blossom Raw Honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for toasting
  • A small pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, optional

Instructions

1. Toast the Bread

Lightly butter both sides of the bread and toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and crisp on the outside.

2. Add the Goat Cheese

Spread a generous layer of creamy goat cheese over each slice while the toast is still warm.

3. Layer the Fruit

Arrange the sliced pear and fresh figs over the goat cheese. Add the chopped walnuts for a little extra crunch.

4. Drizzle with Honey

Warm your Wild Blossom Raw Honey slightly if needed, then drizzle generously over the fruit, letting the honey flow between the pear, figs, and walnuts.

5. Finish & Serve

Add a light pinch of flaky sea salt and a little freshly cracked black pepper if desired. Serve immediately while the toast is warm.

Why We Love This Combination

The creamy goat cheese balances the sweetness of the pear, figs, and honey, while the walnuts add a satisfying crunch. Wild Blossom Raw Honey brings everything together with a naturally floral sweetness that pairs beautifully with fresh fruit and toasted bread.

A Simple Way to Enjoy Honey

You don't need complicated ingredients to make something special. A good slice of bread, seasonal fruit, creamy cheese, crunchy walnuts, and a drizzle of raw honey can turn everyday ingredients into something worth sharing.

Pair it with: coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon, or serve it as a beautiful appetizer for guests.

Recipe tip: For the best honey drizzle, use honey at room temperature so it flows smoothly over the toast without overpowering the other ingredients.
