Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beeline Organic Honey. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Local Delivery Free local delivery is available on orders over $500 within Lake Stevens, WA. We'll contact you by text at the number provided at checkout to arrange your delivery day.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, reach out to us at honey@beelineorganic.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it right away.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, please email honey@beelineorganic.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
