Raw Berry Blossom Honey — A Sweet Symphony from Bellingham, Washington
Our Raw Berry Blossom Honey is a tribute to the lush agricultural landscape of Bellingham, Washington. Every spring, our bees are placed in the heart of local berry orchards, foraging on a fragrant mix of Blueberry and Raspberry blossoms. The result is a raw berry blossom honey that carries a delicate, fruity sweetness and a remarkably clean finish.
This 1 gallon bucket is our largest offering — designed for households, home cooks, bakers, and small food businesses that rely on high-quality raw berry blossom honey every day. At this size, you’re always ready to drizzle, glaze, stir, or gift.
Raw Berry Blossom Honey — Pure, Raw, and Never Heated
At Beeline Organic, we believe honey should stay exactly how the bees made it. Our raw berry blossom honey is 100% raw and unfiltered — no flash-heating, no micro-filtering — which means the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and local pollens specific to the Whatcom County berry thickets remain intact in every spoonful. Over time, this honey may naturally crystallize — a sign of its purity. Simply warm the bucket gently to restore its smooth, pourable texture.
- Naturally Fruity: A subtle hint of berry makes this our favorite for yogurt, smoothies, and fresh waffles.
- Bellingham Local: Directly from our family-managed hives to your table.
- Best Value: 1 gallon bucket — ideal for bulk use, cooking, baking, or gifting multiple jars.

Unfortunately, the last batch I received from Beeline was "not intended for sale". It was literally full of bee body parts, wax, and other hive bits. Beeline did offer to refund or replace the product if I shipped the (now unsealed) gallon of honey that "absolutely should not have been shipped to me". When I pushed back, pointing out that making me return to the post office two more times due to their error felt like an unbalanced customer service approach, the story changed. Now, all of the sudden the honey "isn't bad and is perfectly edible" and insisted that "the honey isn't defective, it's simply not to the eye satisfaction of how it looks." I can't afford to do business with a company that can't provide a consistent product and offers zero customer service. Subsequently, I no longer do business with Beeline.
Delicious!
Very good honey. Best prices on gallon pail!

I made some mead with all three kinds of their honey and they are really good! Thank you!
