Our morning heart starter cup of coffee had two cubes of sugar for more than 50 years. One morning there was no sugar - cubes or otherwise - to be found. So we crossed our fingers and tried a teaspoon of honey. Manuka honey. For the next couple of years, Manuka honey became our go to coffee sweetener. But Manuka honey is very expensive. So we switched to Highgrove honey, which comes from Great Britain, when Charles was still a prince. And, more importantly, there were no tariffs to pay. So, we searched the internet for organic honey that is produced ‘locally’. Beeline Organic Honey popped up, and we ordered three small sample jars. Wild Blossom is our favorite. We have evolved.
"Awesome Honey" may sound like an odd "review title", however, it does capture rather perfectly exactly how we feel about your delightful honey and the obvious care and consideration you put in to its production; we are very pleased and this is but our first purchase! (from any apiary in this area having only moved here a short time ago.) Use in my coffee every day and it is delicious! Great slightly crystalized consistency makes it easy to use without dripping.
